• Company Branding and Graphic Design proven skills.
• Desire to have a direct hand in transforming and growing the KCG brand.
• Proficient in graphic design principles (typography, grids, layout, color), UX, UI.
• An understanding of how your designs affect the business.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A keen eye and up to date with current design best practices and technology.
• A strong business sense, and understands how your designs affect the business.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Must be willing to work on a highly collaborative team.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Other passions that would benefit the team like illustration, video editing, photography, or 3D design, animation preferred.
• Experience working in-house at a... company preferred.
• Experience working on designing a website preferred
