We are looking for a HCP Partner who is patient value orientated, self-discipline and has high ethical standards and business ethics to join us in our sales team, based in our HK office.

About The Role

Ensures UCB Operational Compliance to the highest professional standards. The expectation is that compliance is a part of how we operate. Adherence to compliant behavior is an expectation at UCB.

Who You’ll Work With
• HCPs, key decision makers for hospital listing process, KOLs, Hospital directors, nurses, etc
• Other stakeholder facing roles e.g. Medical Scientific Partners, etc
• Commercial Solutions Head
• Part of local / regional cross-functional team

What You’ll Do
• Acts as primary point of contact for HCPs
• As part of a multidisciplinary team coordinate stakeholder management in a designated territory.
• This role focues primarily on driving value through interacting with HCPs in this territory.
• Through strong business relationships with HCPs... and deep knowledge of UCB solutions matching the right therapeutic solution to the right patient at the right time
• Tailors resources and tools to impact HCPs based on individual preference
• Defines and executes an impactful tactical plan within territory of responsibility

I nterested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills
• Bachelor’s degree and above
• More than 3 years experience in sales rep role
• MNC experience is plus
