Quantity Surveyor Job Description

Quantity SurveyorJob Description Responsibilities:
• To assist the Contact/Project Team on documentations and paper works including site visit for pre tender submission and awarding of Contracts.
• To do taking-off and measurements for construction projects.
• To invite supplier or sub-contractors to submit quotations for the projects & evaluate the quotations.
• To verify claim from sub-contractors and prepare claim for submission to client including site valuation.
• To assist in procurement matters.
• Any ad hoc matters or assignment from time to time

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a DEGREE in Quantity Surveying.
• Candidate must willing to travel.
• Computer literate.
• Self-motivated and possess the ability to work independently as well as able to work with others as a team.
• Good communication & negotiation skill.
Min.3 years(s) of related working experience in this field is required
