About the role

Providing day to day HR advice and support to various stakeholders, this role will support the entire employee lifecycle including employee relations and generalist HR activities. You’ll be involved in the development, review, and implementation of policies and procedures, project implementation, supporting the wider PC&P team, plus you’ll:
• Create high performance teams and leverage HR analytics to inform initiatives
• Manage performance, employee engagement, and retention
• Complete compliance, reporting, and monitoring
• Work towards staff safety... monitoring and reporting

Who are we looking for?

We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have:
• Minimum 2 years HR experience in a similar role
• Strong and clear communication
• Interest in the education, childcare, or community services sector
• Team player with a desire to grow in your career
• Professional, proactive, and customer focused approach
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to pivot and be on-site where required (albeit hybrid arrangements are available).
