Sydney based design consultancy with an International presence. They offer fully integrated design services that include masterplanning, architecture and interior design. They are a dynamic and vibrant design & architecture practice with modern offices who do yearly domestic and international trips to celebrate successes.

The Role

We are currently seeking a career driven and experienced HR Manager who has previously come from HR in Architecture, Construction or Engineering. This is a Permanent Part-Time opportunity and a newly created role, based in North Sydney. The role is 3 days a week, 1 of these days can be worked from home. The hours can also be spread out in the week to suit your needs.

You will introduce HR systems and policies and become an integral part of the team. The successful applicant will be a strong relationship builder within the team while also... understanding the needs and requirements of the business as it grows.

Your roles and responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
• Policy Management & Implementation
• Training & Succession Management
• Advisory Support
• Recruitment & On boarding
• HR Management & Direction

The Successful Applicant Will Have
• 4+ years experience in a similar role
• HR degree/qualification
• Experience in the architecture, construction or engineering in a similar role
• The ability to be proactive and show initiative
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem solving abilities
• Solid administration skills
