As Income Auditor, you will be part of a team dedicated to the delivery of accurate and timely financial reporting along with tight fiscal controls. You will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

What will I be doing?
• To audit all Paid-out/Deposit refund for proper approvals and adequate explanation. Any discrepancy should be brought to the attention of AFC / DOF.
• To reconcile the total of all Rebate against the total posted in Fidelio. Proper approval as per SOP and clear explanation with necessary supporting. Any discrepancy & frequents recurring of rebate should be brought to the attention Senior IA.
• To ensure that all Complimentary/House Use rooms to be supported by approval forms from GM/4D.
• To study reasons of rebate and to rectify any discrepancy in process which results in rebate.
• To prepare Room Analysis for FOD/FOM for approval.
• To reconcile the total of all laundry bills against the total in Micros posting to... ensure completeness of documents.
• To reconcile the total of all Business Centre bills against the total in Fidelio.
• To complete / update any issue of the day in daily Comm Log.
• To reconcile Telephone Revenue in FCS against Revenue captured in Fidelio
• To conduct surprise cash count on all Front Office cashiers.
• To check the Safe Deposit Box Cards against occupied safe boxes. Ensure proper sign in and sign out of safe box.
• To reconcile the Metro Parking ticket against Fidelio [Metro will give ticket every Monday, Wednesday & Friday]
• To track, update and reconcile the F/O complimentary gift voucher.
• To hold custody of all tickets/vouchers and ensure sufficient stock in hand.
• Performs any special assignment on time upon direction of Director of Finance/ Assistant Financial Controller.

What are we looking for?
• Is flexible in relation to hours worked especially during month end closing period.
• May have a diploma/ degree in accounting.
• Well-versed with Sun Accounting System, Fidelio Front Office and Micros F&B, Vision Application & Microsoft Excel and Words.
• The JD is subject to review and revision from time to time on management discretion.
• Displays the values, as defined in Hilton’s Brand ie professional, approachable, innovative, confident and contemporary.
