The Job
• Setting new impulses along the customer journey in our explorative but also long-term client projects, which always take place at the heart of transformation
• Collaboratively guide the agile project team from concept to implementation in our cross-functional UX projects with a focus on web, app and IoT
• Create key UX artefacts such as mappings, prototypes, information architecture, workflows and design specifications
• You will work hand in hand in the team of user experience designers to deliver compelling and captivating user experiences for the products and features defined by our product owners
• You work closely with the development team to ensure you create a design which is not only visually appealing but also technically capable
• You are adept at reading and understanding User Stories and requirements and working with the rest of the squad to problem solve and define solutions to issues
• As a user advocate, you are a confident sparring partner for POs and stakeholders and you synthesize abstract ideas into concrete implications for design

Who Are You
• You are an experienced UX designer with several years of professional experience and a design background
• Confident to build a big-picture vision, the operational drive and strong communication skills to guide that vision into reality
• You gained several years of experience with different media types (e.g. websites, mobile apps) and user groups on different platforms (e.g. users on business portals) and you already have worked on B2B SaaS applications
• You show initiative, are always well organised, even when dealing with customers, and work creatively and productively together
• You are passionate about problem solving through design and you see value in taking an iterative approach to design
• You have a strong sense of ownership and are not afraid to speak up to ensure the user angle is heard by the PO
• You have extensive knowledge of Figma, Miro, Atlassian suite
• You speak English fluently, German is a plus
• We prefer locals from Berlin at the moment, but as we are looking for the best match, we welcome the perfect candidate in Berlin also from other places
