As a Software Consultation firm, we aim to help other companies and individuals to fulfill their technological goals efficiently and accurately. Your job as a software project manager will involve the following responsibilities (for example):
• Analyze and document down the software requirement specification (SRS) of existing or new project ideas.
• Contact software development companies and request proposals on behalf of the project owners.
• Audit and cross-check the deliverables with the agreed upon specifications.
• Gather more details from the project owner when needed.
• Send feedback to the developers and track the status of issues (bugs/errors) of the project on-time.
• Avoid change requests and follow best practices in software development contracting.
• Create necessary accounts for development phase and third-party APIs.
• Divide the project into smaller sprints/MVPs to make deliverable in smaller milestones and based on the client or market needs.
• Prepare details UAT... cases with development companies and ensure development completion.
• Describe and receive a technical and user manuals from the development companies.
• Meet and evaluate potential IT employees/companies.
• Handle a teem and software analysts,
• Manage multiple software project simultaneously
