Erudito Licejus in Vilnius, Lithuania is searching for a Director for International Programs to ensure effective program management with program coordinators and teachers, and coordinate and support the quality of programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Program Director will:

Supervise the Cambridge Primary and Secondary, as well as the IB Diploma Programme Coordinators.

Support the accomplishment of the goals of the programs and strive for teaching excellence.

Work with Program Coordinators to implement the Cambridge Primary, Cambridge Secondary, and IBDP program goals.

Work in collaboration with the Campus Directors in Vilnius and Kaunas to assure integrated teaching standards and practices.

Collaborate with the National Program Director to bring bilingual strategy of education into action.

Be able to participate in regular on-site and virtual meetings during the hours of 8 am-5 pm.

Be able to travel 25% time to work with our staff in Kaunas.

REPORTING LINE:

The Program Director... will report directly to the Executive Director.

COMPETENCIES:

Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant working experience (Head of IB and/or Cambridge Curriculum) and the following credentials/skills:

The equivalent of at least a Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.

A minimum of 5 years of experience and demonstrated effectiveness in program management and leadership.

Experience and knowledge of organizing teaching processes in the relevant institutions.

A results-oriented person who is able to work independently, adapt to a dynamic environment, and has a passion for working collaboratively with a staff team of committed professionals.

Strong management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Strong writing and communications skills.

Full Professional Proficiency in English is a must.
