Nordicdots™ is a fast growing Tennis & Padel brand with focus on e-commerce and worldwide sales.

Started 2019 in Sweden as an eco-friendly apparel brand for people who love tennis, padel, value clean Scandinavian design & sustainability.

Now with headquarters and warehouse in Luxembourg, Nordicdots™ ships orders worldwide and expands its product portfolio with introduction of padel rackets and accessories.

Role

With increased number of orders and incoming inquiries we are looking for a motivated Customer Support & Operations Administrator. A successful candidate will get a chance to work in sportswear industry, support multi-national clients and grow together with the firm in a challenging fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
• Customer support, responding to client requests and inquiries
• Coordinating deliveries of goods to and from our warehouse in Luxembourg
• Keeping track of inventory
• Update data on the website (Shopify store)
• Managing and... updating article databases
• Managing translation and maintenance of local language web-sites (Dutch, German, French, Swedish, etc)
• Marketplace article management (Amazon, Mirakl, Zalando)
• Prepare quarterly sales data reports
• Communicate with outsourced services (accounting, logistics)

Requirements
• Experience with e-commerce operations
• Customer-focused mindset
• Great if you have knowledge working with Shopify!
• Interest in Sport Retail such as Decathlon, Intersport etc
• Fluent English. French, Dutch, German or Swedish will be an advantage
• Good communication skills with customers, especially over emails.
• Self-motivated, proactive with a high energy level
• 1+ years of experience as an operations administrator, customer support or in a similar position in e-commerce industry.
• Bachelor degree
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong follow-up skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines
• Passion for sports, fashion, tennis or padel.

Weekly reports with management in Luxembourg and Spain
