• Responsibilities:
• Preparing the budget; including the forecasting funds required for staffing, equipment, materials, and supplies; monitor budget variance.
• Provide administrative support during budget preparation.
• Gather and monitor financial data (e.g. sales revenues and liabilities).
• Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies.
• Ensure proper inventory management.
• Prepare accurate financial reports, revenue projections and other reports as required.
• Provide accurate data to superiors with on-going forecasting of operating revenues and expenditures, and the resulting operational impact.
• Ensure to performs all bank account reconciliations monthly and when needed, communicates with the bank to understand, and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Track and reconcile bank statements.
• Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed.
