The Role

We have an outstanding opportunity for an Accountant Financial to join our team full time.
• Preparing current financial status & to prepare balance sheet, Budgets, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
• Prepare journal and general ledger entries, develop departmental reports, and reconcile accounts.
• Assist financial director by providing documentation, solving errors, and answering questions as needed .
• Prepare documents, reports and... presentations for executives and board members using advanced software proficiencies.
• Conduct bi-annual audits for internal control.
• Research local, state, and federal laws, review financial documents in accordance with such laws, and recommend modern practices for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and profit maximization.
• This role will require keen attention to detail and strong time management and critical thinking skills. Pre-existing knowledge of state & Federal laws, ASIC , CPA Australia standards also required.
• Analyze financial documents, forecast potential risks, and advise upper management in best practices to reduce costs and build savings.
• Monthly reporting analysis to achieve validation of internal reports and to reconcile production operations and general ledger.
• Strong knowledge of taxation and advise when necassary, Preparing Tax returns, tax documents for indivial and the organisation.
• Reserch and deliver advise on Business structure and operations.
• Reviewed accounting structures and procedures on regular basis to identify areas in need of improvement.
• Maintain financial security by following internal controls.
