Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who can make our customers’ expectations and wishes come true. You will work closely with our customers being the trusted advisor helping our customers in their decision making and how to best use and benefit from Salesforce. You can design your work fit the customer architecture, lead and implement CRM projects according to the best practices, and you might also know how the technical solutions are developed. Moreover, you are a team player who enjoys helping others. Our team of professionals is also helping you succeed in your work. You match with our values: dare, care and grow.

You will work in varied customer projects as a Salesforce consultant who also has the ability and willingness to act as a project manager and/or customer success manager. Our varied projects offer the possibility to affect what kind of roles you want to have.

To sum it up, you’ll benefit from the following skills and experience:
• Knowledge and experience in Salesforce. For example, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
• Strong project management and communication skills both in English and in Finnish to successfully work with our customers.
• Understanding of Salesforce architecture
• Ability to work with integrations and maybe even as a developer
• Motivation to learn and keep your expertise up to date (e.g. platform versions, certifications, company’s concepts and industry best practices).
• Experience in Non-Profit Success Pack and Salesforce certificates are seen as an advantage
