THE INTERNSHIP

The candidate will join the Boehringer Ingelheim production site in Noventa Padovana. This site is specialized in the production of veterinary vaccines, so the intern will be trained on... the theoretical knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices to the consequent application in the technical context of a GMP pharmaceutical workshop. Topics on production processes and related activities will be developed.
In addition, the candidate will develop analytical and laboratory techniques relevant to the critical disinfection steps according to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and the Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).

We offer a 6 month internship with possibility of extension.

Tasks & what you will be learning:
• Continous Improvements in re-layout of prodution site
• Lean manufactuirng, 6S and Kaizen methodology
• How to draft an SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and an TR (Technical Report).
• You will be involved in the process of problem Solving, Improvement Technology and Process Control (IPC).
• You will acquire skills related to the aspects within the validation and qualification of tools / equipment / processes in a GMP environment.
• Carrying out transversal activities between the various areas of the production site.

Requirements:
• Degree in scientific disciplines ( Ingeneria Gestionale )
• Motivation for teamwork in the production/analytical
• Language: Fluent Italian and a good knowledge of the English language (at least level B2).
• Knowledge and autonomy in the use of the PC and the Office package.
• Curiosity and analytical aptitude, propensity for continuous improvement and innovation.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
