RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise and ensure effective delivery of IT support services through timely incidence management.Manage delivery and implementation of local Technology infrastructure services i.e., cctv cameras and at various offices and branches.Participate in recruitment of IT Officers and drive IT Talent strategy to build a sustainable support team through training and mentorship.Develop and present comprehensive, accurate and informative reports that facilitate informed decision-making to senior management.System administration for major business systems used in the company.Performance management of the team members by setting targets,appraising and providing timely feedback.Onboarding, managing, and reviewing vendors for various IT services.Drive business projects to deliver solutions within set budget,timelines and quality as per the approved business plan whilst adhering to approved architecture frameworks.IT department cost management ensuring adherence to set budget Liaise with business developers and management to identify areas of improvement in IT business process and loan processing systems, ERP, and assist developers on issues that require local support to resolve.Preparing IT financial budgets and presenting proposals for projects to senior management.Ensure effective IT inventory management.Any other duties assigned.Qualifications3yrs of experience in the Finance sector as an IT manager, managing a team of more than 3 people.Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Computer Science.Expertise in data center management and data governanceHands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installationStrong teamwork and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of management and thrive in a cross-functional environment.Excellent communication and collaboration skillsLoyalty and integrityWe offerCompetitive salary.Friendly and dynamic work environment.Great opportunity to participate in building up business.Support from a professional international team.Opportunity for personal development.
