Advertising Account Manager – Optus Sport

The Optus Sport team have been busy acquiring a portfolio of exclusive content rights over the last few years including the English Premier League, Women’s Super League, LaLiga, J-League, UEFA Euro 2024 & the FIFA Women’s World Cup in 2023 to name a few!

Due to the rapid growth and success of Optus Sport, we’re seeking a sport-loving salesperson to join our close-knit Advertising team!

As a key member of our market facing team in Melbourne, you will bring the action and represent our platform on the ground to help further implement and grow our commercial strategy. Your major focus here will be generating digital advertising revenue for Optus Sport by leading a best-in-class account management experience for our highly valued partners.

About You
• Validated experience working within the advertising industry/ sales environment with an existing network is highly desirable
• A teammate who can support and work with other departments within... the business and bring their programmatic sales expertise to Optus.
• Outstanding collaborator and relationship management skills with the ability to forge new relationships in market and drive strong platform growth
• The right attitude to thrive in a constantly evolving landscape or live and entertainment
• Experience in conceptualizing and selling strategic sports partnerships with brands and agencies is highly desirable in this role
