Responsibilities:
The Personal Assistant to the CEO has many administrative office duties, which they perform for the company CEO, directors, and sometimes even members of management teams. The Personal Assistant must possess excellent organisational skills, as this position takes place in a fast-paced work environment and includes substantial multi-tasking.
Ultimately, the role of this Personal Assistant can be extremely broad and vary on a day-to-day basis. The Personal Assistant responsibilities include:
1. Monitoring a reporting manager’s email and responding if required
2. Preparing communications on behalf of the CEO
3. Answering phone calls
4. Organizing travel and itineraries
5. Organizing and planning meetings
6. Managing and organising documentation
7. Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
8. Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manger may require
9. Various Adhoc requests
Requirements:
1. Computer literacy including Google... technologies
2. A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
3. Verbal and written articulacy
4. Professional discretion
5. Efficiency
6. Well-developed time management skills
7. Strong organisational skills
8. Ability to start immediately
