• Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments
• Manage all incoming and outgoing communications
• Assist in drafting and compiling of various administrative tasks
• Ensure office is well managed in terms of hygiene, consumables and office environment.
• Schedule travel
• Correspond with various managers in office/s
• Matric required
• Work longer hours as and when required
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
