Registered Manager will include:Ensure the delivery of safe, personalised services to each individual service user through assessment, person-centred planning and regular outcome focused reviews of servicesEnsure the development of aspirational support planning for individual residentsEnsure safe systems of work, such as personal safety and lone working; and compliance with all company safety policies and systemsDevelop the quality of information recorded on the internal system and support staff in their use of it and the culture of person-centred support planningEnsure effective incident and accident management recording in line with legislation and contractual requirements, adhering to internal policies and procedures and regulatory notificationsMaximise service user experience through developing an effective complaints management culture and recording in line with internal policies and proceduresTake a safeguarding lead role in the service, ensuring effective safeguarding practice and reporting.
