We are currently seeking to recruit a Sales Manager, Women’s health Market to join BIOIATRIKI’s Sales team in Athens. This position offers the right candidate the opportunity to grow and manage a national business with the resources of a leading diagnostics company.

• Source, close and implement deals with clinical laboratory partners and top medical centers
• Support, train and advise existing and new partners
• Recruit and educate key opinion... leaders and practitioners from the OBGYN, IVF and genetics communities
• Design and execute local marketing programs and presentations to a variety of medical audiences in conjunction with the marketing department.

This is a front-line sales and business development role requiring travels.

The ideal candidate has experience growing sales, developing key opinion leaders and driving revenue growth working through partners or independently, preferably in the genetic testing market, specifically in gynecology/fetal medicine.

A track record of closing deals and building client relationships at the highest levels, and/or experience successfully launching a new product or service in a startup environment will help you get our attention.
• Comfort working in a fast pace environment: excellent initiative, independence, sense of urgency, self-motivation, and time management skills
• Ambitious professional with a competitive and fearless “get the job done” attitude
• Experience in sales (preferably in a genetic / diagnostic lab) with a proven record of closing deals
• Background in biological sciences, genetics and/or demonstrated desire to work in the healthcare industry. Genetics, Molecular biology, master’s degree or PhD from a top-ranked school will be considered as asset
• Creative and independent problem solver, with strong leadership skills, results orientation and the ability to maneuver through complex situations, internal and external
• Languages: Greek, English (proficient level). Other European languages are also valued.
• Strong analytical ability, comfort with science and numbers
• Very strong interpersonal, presentation and writing skills
