What is expected from me?

● Oversee all... aspects of our cement production process,

● Develop and implement production plans and schedules,

● Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements,

● Manage and mentor the production team to ensure optimal performance and culture,

● Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements,

● Monitor and report on production performance,

● Manage production budgets and forecasts, and ensure cost-effective operations.

● Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field,

● 5+ years of experience in cement or related manufacturing industry, with a focus on production management,

● Demonstrated ability to develop and implement production plans and schedules,

● Experience with continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma, and a focus on sustainability,

● Strong leadership and team management skills,

● Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills,

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills and relationship building,

● Strong knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements for industrial facilities, as well as sustainability best practices.
