Growing our platform in the EU region, we are now looking for a Design Engineer to join our Headquarters Team in Vienna, supporting our group’s business growth in the Corporate and Industrial (C&I) solar segment and Ground Mounted segment for DACH Region with a focus on following:
• Conduct site assessments to evaluate the feasibility and potential of solar PV projects, including analyzing site characteristics, assessing power... requirements, and estimating energy generation potential
• Size and specify solar PV components, including solar panels, inverters, and balance of system components, based on site conditions and project goals
• Prepare technical drawings and specifications for solar PV projects, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and bill of materials
• Collaborate with project managers, sales team members, and other internal stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Review and analyze data from solar PV systems to optimize performance and identify potential issues
• Stay up to date on industry trends and changes, and apply this knowledge to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of solar PV projects
What you will bring:
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in the design and development of solar PV systems
• Proficiency in relevant design software, such as AutoCAD or PVsyst
• Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems, including components and design principles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Salary: The minimum salary for this position is based on the collective treaty in Austria, and the final salary will depend on your skills and experience
