What is the job like, really?

You'll be working as a Senior Software Developer on our customer projects with modern web, mobile, IoT, or product-based solutions. Our customer base and the scope of our projects are wide, from small start-ups to globally large enterprises, and from legacy-type maintenance to hipster-friendly AR/VR projects. As in the consultancy business, the life cycle of our projects and the size of teams varies so there's no need to worry about getting stuck or bored. Our projects can be demanding, but you'll be able handle that together with your future teammates as they are at the top of their game.

What are we looking for?

🎯 Our main front-end technologies are React, Angular and Vue. Our main back-end technologies are Java/Kotlin, Node.js, C#/.NET, Clojure, and Python/Django. For smart industrial devices (IoT), we mainly use Python and C/C++. We hope that you master at least one of these at a senior-level (at least 4-5+ years of experience). For those seeking their first career steps in the IT field, we offer the Vincit Rising Star trainee program.

🎯 We mostly work with – but are not limited to – cloud service providers such as AWS, GCP and Azure. Thus, it would be great for you to have experience with them.
