Position Summary

You will be involved in working with the Learning Manager to ensure learning initiatives across the firm are best practice and fit for purpose which are fundamental to the success of RSM.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop programs within the Leadership & Management Development framework
• Co-ordinate RSM’s Development Programs
• Experience in consulting with the business on leadership and business skills training
• Evaluate success of new programs
• Oversee and act as SME for development of digital content, resources and materials
• Co-management of Learning Management System (Cornerstone)
• Implement the Digital Learning Strategy

About You

Demonstrated Experience and Attributes
• 5+ years in a... Learning & Development role within a corporate environment, ideally professional services
• Commercial attitude with the ability to influence and engage with key senior stakeholders
• Advanced digital and LMS capabilities/knowledge (Articulate Storyline, Cornerstone)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Growth mindset with a view of building your Learning skillset

Desirable

Educational Requirements
• Degree qualified in Adult Learning, HR, Business or Technology
• Relevant qualifications in Learning & development or education (E.g. Cert IV in Training and Assessment)
