General Description
The digital-marketing officer coordinates and supports email-marketing campaigns and special marketing projects. Position requires a strong inclination to digital channels with proficient project-management skills, combined with excellent communication skills. Technical skills require significant... experience with Excel, email marketing, paid digital media and project-management software. Coordinates and analyzes email marketing campaigns.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinates and manages email campaigns from start to deployment, along with business units and support teams, including meetings, project planning, periodical update, and risk management.
Creates and manages campaign production calendar and serves as main liaison with supporting production units, including content, marketing officers and agency teams.
Establishes email strategy along with respective units of Popular — Business Units and Customer Knowledge department — to support Marketing strategies and plans.
Develops monthly or as per needed reports, dashboards, and presentations to monitor, analyze, and optimize efforts. Assure data integrity and quality.
Develop and manage special projects and present actionable recommendations.
Translates raw data into coherent information about consumer behavior and sales trends online to inform marketing strategies they create.
Ensures email quality process, including proofreading and ensure high quality of content.

Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
Experience
Three (3) years of related experience in: email development, system automations, data analytics and project management.

Computer Skills: Knowledge of one or more of the following software’s: Excel, Power BI, data-management platforms (i.e. Salesforce), and other related cloud-based software.
Project Management Skills: Capable of working with multiple requests simultaneously, always assuring a high-quality product. Able to work under tight deadlines and large volume. Knowledge of project coordination, identification of business needs, work plan, time management, and status reports. Must demonstrate leadership, logic, and reasoning skills. Ability to prioritize and work with multiple projects and tasks with minimum supervision, self-direct and switch between strategic and tactical initiatives regularly. Excellent report-writing and presentation skills.
Excellent Communication Skills: Written Communication: (English and Spanish) Advanced writing skills, with exceptional spelling and grammar. Oral Communication: (English and Spanish) Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations. Polished in English and Spanish, preparing presentations, executive summaries, and business reports for executive audiences.
Marketing/Product Management: Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics.
Operational/Regulations Processes: Knowledge on policies and regulations. Ability to establish, conduct and track operational processes properly, and implement changes.
