- Dealing with tickets registered by users in our internal ticketing system;
- Setting up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices;
- Checking computer hardware to ensure functionality;
- Installing and configuring appropriate software and functions according to
specifications;
- Ensuring the backup for... different files.
