Our events client is looking for an event producer that specializes in sourcing, to assist with planning national and international incentive trips. This is a part time freelance contract position.

Responsibilities of the Event Producer are:
• Interpreting client briefs and recommending appropriate destinations, resorts, hotels, transportation, airfare etc
• Negotiating hotel and suppliers contracts and maintains good rapport with suppliers.
• Summarizing recommendations in a proposal and ensuring all supporting documents are ready for presentation in power point.
• Initiating proposal within 24hrs of receiving.

Qualifications for Event Producer:
• 5+ years experience as an Event Producer or similar role.
• Must have a strong background in event sourcing.
• Experience in event management across Canada is a must. International experience is a strong assist.
• TICO certification preferred.
