Part time Clinical Nurse Manager - Mental Health / Brain Injury

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mental Health Nurse ( RMN ) or Learning Disability Nurse ( RNLD ) or Registered Adult Nurse ( RGN ) Either Full or Part Time. Located in Sheffield, this is a Specialist Nursing Home for adults with Mental-ill Health and Brain Injuries. The salary on offer is up to £20.19 per annum and is negotiable. The working hours are 20 hours a week to allow you to maintain your hands on clinical skills and be on hand to assist your team with the remainder of your week being supernumerary

The Nurse-led team has the skills and expertise to support people with complex needs including prolonged disorders of consciousness and behaviours of concern , and those who require tracheostomies , ventilators and PEG feeding tubes. The service is split across 8 units - each unit is focusing on a specific patient group or need. The approach to nursing care focuses on maximising independence, building everyday living skills and empowering people to live their best lives.

About the role

As Clinical Nurse Manager, you'll lead a team of Unit Managers, Registered Nurses and Health Care Assistants to ensure that we meet the medical, physical and emotional needs of our service users.

You'll be responsible for providing strong leadership to drive continuous improvement and enhance the standard of daily living for the service users in your home.

This is a great opportunity for a senior Registered Nurse who wants to progress into a management role.
