The role: Employer Brand Specialist
We are looking for a Employer Brand Specialist to join our lively and international Talent Branding team in our Malta office. Currently, a team of 5, where this role will report directly to the Senior Manager, Talent Branding & Operations.

This role is the perfect fit for someone who is an enthusiastic and hard-working individual. You will work closely as part of the Talent Acquisition (TA) function to help position Flutter International as an outstanding workplace and employer of choice and make it easier to attract, engage and hire the best talent.
Questions we are currently asking ourselves include, what would make us different from our competitors and what can set us apart as the best gaming company to work for? How can we improve our candidate-facing communications and what is the best way to convey our culture and tell employee stories?
You will conduct research that allows us to identify what makes us... attractive to candidates and put forward research-compelled suggestions on how we can demonstrate this, regularly seeing how your input crafts the development of the department! You will be the creative leader in the Talent Branding team and the main diver for innovative concepts.
You will engage different stakeholders and colleagues to develop sourcing strategies that meet current and future hiring needs. You will also work alongside the Talent Branding Manager to help develop and successfully maintain our employee value proposition (EVP) with a focus on key locations although also making suggestions for our wider EVP.

• Get our Social Media channels to the next level through customized video content
• Build meaningful customer connections and increases brand awareness through organic content that translate the unique Flutter International culture
• Plan, create, publish, and share new top-notch content across our social media pages
• Suggest ideas for the engagement programs’
• Establish company’ presence in all well-known and trendy social media platforms and work alongside the team to produce quality content for them.
• Ensure employer brand and materials are aligned with corporate brand standards and are authentic to the company’s culture
• Be a global advocate of the Talent branding team in the Organization and get aligned with other Employer branding teams.
• Researching the talent market to find relevant audiences, evaluate trends, recommend new technology, and find opportunities to differentiate our overall employer brand
• Research any competitors and industry leaders in employer branding
Who are we looking for?
• Experience with a range of marketing and social media channels
• Strong understanding of Social Media Ecosystem
• An excellent writer with outstanding storytelling abilities across a variety of channels (including video, careers website, advertising, events, earned media etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A strong ability to think creatively to develop solutions and come up with innovative ideas
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Working well with meeting deadlines
As an ideal candidate, you will have:
• Experience in working within a Branding/Marketing industry.
• A degree in Marketing, Branding, Human Resources, is desirable although not a necessity.
• Experience in gaming business is also a plus.
• Self-motivation and awareness, a hunger to learn, collaborate and a focus on solving problems.
