The Salesforce Product Manager Associate (SPMA) is responsible for gathering product requirements and data, prioritizing feature implementations, improving overall user experience, doing, coordinating with stakeholders, and developing new product features. They work with one or more product managers and enable them to do their work more effectively.

You Are the Advocate:
• Conduct business and systems process analysis at a complex level, resulting in data, process, and software documentation and improvement recommendations
• Gathering product requirements... and aligning them with business goals
• Obtaining feedback from clients, designers, and engineers and adjusting product specifications as needed
• Suggesting product enhancements to improve user experience
• Performing quality assurance controls on products
• Coordinating with the development team to deliver functional solutions
• The position requires the ability to write business requirements that should be transferred into technical Salesforce requirements. As well as creating and maintaining the product’s documentation necessary to facilitate change and to add clarity to all stakeholders, both technical and non-technical. All Products must be accompanied by proper documentation
• As needed, actively participate in implementing change, i.e., creating reports, configuring solutions, training & release documentation, etc.
• Constantly grow self-Salesforce knowledge and educate stakeholders on the benefits and capabilities the system can deliver - increasing Salesforce adoption
• The role is fully engaged through the life cycle of product delivery - from proof of concept - to testing - to deployment to the production environment - to monitoring thereafter
• Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users
• Assist with Apex (code-based) and declarative testing
• Monitor and track team members' backlog execution according to already coordinated deadlines
• Other activities that contribute to optimizing business processes and the use of business solutions to meet company objectives.

What Makes You Stand Out:
• Previous work experience as an Associate Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager or similar role
• Familiarity with various research techniques
• Knowledge of project management tools
• Strong time management skills

• Experience in product or project management
• Good written and verbal communication skills - along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and technicalities
• Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills

• Salesforce or other CRM experience
