Our company is constantly growing and we need to recruit a production manager for our garment manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities:

• Organizing and overseeing the manufacturing of promotional products;

• Communicating... with managers, formulating objectives, budgets and requirements for every order;

• Supervising and motivating personnel towards maximum performance;

• Evaluating the performance of production personnel;

• Monitoring production procedures, providing status reports on orders and resolving issues;

• Supervising and motivating personnel towards maximum performance;

• Ensuring output meets the highest possible standards;

• Enforcing health and safety precautions;

• Meeting specifications and deadlines;

• Reporting to upper management;

• Conferring with the logistics management team to determine ways to optimize service levels, maintain supply-chain efficiency and minimize cost.

What we require:

• Excellent command of English is a must;

• Deep knowledge and proven experience in production management within the textile/ apparel industry;

• Experience in reporting KPIs;

• Outstanding communications skills;

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills

• Strong decision-making skills and a result-driven approach.
