We are seeking a CNC Mill Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will be directly responsible for operating the Biesse Rover Gold CNC to produce high-quality millwork products for our customer base. The ideal candidate has a background in manufacturing and is well-versed in the operation of heavy machinery and complicated equipment. Our organization values customer service and employee satisfaction, and we are looking to hire an individual with experience in the production industry who is eager to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good knowledge of computing, mathematics, reading drawings and team cooperation a must.

Responsibilities:
• Push and pull and move the cutting tool to make it cut out the material.
• Be able to feed the CNC machine correctly.
• Set up the CNC machine correctly according to a drawing.
• Use a micrometer and other measurement tools to measure the material accurately.
• Operate the CNC machine to cut out shapes from the material.
