Job Overview Intermediate Quantity Surveyor South East Ireland Full Time Permanent €45-€65k DOE Tier 3 Contractor A south east based main contractor is looking to recruit a south east based quantity surveyor for a full time permanent role. The ideal candidate will be based in Kildare, Carlow, Laois, Kilkenny or Wicklow. Projects will vary from Commercial, Fit-Out, Industrial and Pharmaceutical builds across Leinster in particular the south east. The role will involve working with a team of quantity surveying staff who will help and support you as you progress. It is an excellent opportunity for those who have worked on measurement, procurement and subcontractor management to date. The role is best suited to candidates who meet the following criteria: Degree Qualified in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field Located... in the south east or looking to relocate Full Clean driving licence Fluent English 5 years experience within a quantity surveying role, preferably with a main contractor Keen to work on commercial, pharma, educational builds Looking to develop to senior management IT Savvy Excellent Communication skills
