Due to continued growth, one of Ireland’s leading developers are hiring multiple Intermediate Quantity Surveyors. This role is office based in Dublin (South).

Key responsibilities for this Intermediate Quantity Surveyor role:
• Examine bids to make sure they are in accordance with the supplied drawings and scope of work.
• Measure and value of the work produced.
• Liaise with contracts management in the day-to-day commercial administration of contracts to ensure the financial success of construction operations and to keep the Commercial Manager appraised of all material events.
• Compile and issue invitations to tender, analyse subcontractor quotations and make recommendations for placement of orders.
• Carry out reconciliation of cost and value to date/forecast to keep the management team informed of project performance.
• Assure the efficient fulfilment of all the project's commercial requirements.

Experience required for this Intermediate Quantity Surveyor role:
• Degree... qualified and at least 4 years of experience in quantity surveying in the UK or Ireland
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Determined and ambitious to produce work of the highest calibre.
• Commercially and contractually aware
• Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
• Full Driving license required.

Salary for this Intermediate Quantity Surveyor role position is paying between €55,000 - €70,000.

(Negotiable dependent upon experience), bonus scheme, car allowance, plus further additional benefits
