DESCRIPCIÓN:

The Systems Administrator will be responsible for managing and supporting critical IT infrastructure for our clients and will identify and resolve complex technical issues and outages. They will identify and communicate issues, conduct, review root cause analysis, and build and implement lasting solutions. Additionally, they will mentor, the systems admin team to develop a strong team, and provide additional support for the business, identifying opportunities for improvement.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

-Provide complex technical and administrative support through diagnosing, troubleshooting, conducting root cause analysis, and developing solutions to server, infrastructure, and network problems.

-Serve as point of escalation, providing high-level support to complex technical problems.

-Develop, document, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated plans for team development.

-Develop and maintain an efficient, collaborative working... environment.

-Provide support, training, and coaching to Systems Administrators and other Support Staff.

-Partner with stakeholders and team members to identify opportunities for company growth.

-Participates in on-call rotation schedule to provide support as necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

-5-7 years of related experience supporting and managing servers, infrastructure, and networks for mid-sized companies.

-Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field required. Graduate degree preferred.

-Experience in Managed Services, including IT management and automation platforms, preferred

-Technical Skills: Windows Server 2003-Current, Active Directory, Group Policy, Office 365 Administration, Exchange Server, SQL Server, VMWare, Citrix, Data Backup, Replication & HA Systems, IT Security (endpoint, network, email), Firewalls, Routers, Layer 3 Routing, Managed Switches, VLAN, DNS (including various record types).
