TASCO JSC is currently looking for a Part Time or Full- time Investment Banking and Business Development intern for our Singapore office to support our expanding efforts in SEA.

Able to start Internship by February 2023 either 3 or 4 days a week, 9am-6pm.

Responsibilities

• To work closely with IB Director to meet the client's requirements

• Maintain full control over the life cycle of a project from the pre-sale until the closing of the project

• Conduct Due Diligence

• Create valuation models

• SPAC and IPOs analytics

• Research and Market analyses

Qualifications

•Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or International Business - Management

• Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in Investment Banking. PE/VC, M&A, or Capital Markets related.

• Fluent in English

• High attention to detail, meticulous, and able to work under pressure

• Able to work independently and with a high degree of commitment and integrity.

• Good Interpersonal Skills
