POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for the Technical Manager and Solution Architect with an experience of at least 10 years, preferably in Manufacturing Industry.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The ideal candidate will work closely with our High-Tech customers and partners and will be involved in defining architectures for Industry 4.0 projects.
You will coordinate technical teams by setting appropriate standards, strategies and training plans.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILL REQUIREMENTS

- Knowledge of Business processes in Manufacturing industries
- State-of-the-art technical skills (microservices architecture, distributed cloud/edge solutions, automation, AI)
- Knowledge and experience of Database
- Skills in defining solutions and architectures for large projects
- Expertise in coordination of technical teams by setting appropriate standards, strategies and training plans
- Experience and fundamentals of Project Management and Agile approach
- Leadership & Team Building
- Good knowledge of English and Italian language
- Ability to work independently, and also to be a team player
- Willingness and ability to the business trips
