Job Description
• Commercial goals: you will run your own business desk performing against clear commercial... goals delivered individually. You will also collaborate with other PageGroup brands - Michael Page, Page Contracting and Page Personnel on a joint client projects when appropriate
• Client facing: On a daily basis, our Executive Search Consultants interface with management teams of Global and Domestics business, as well as Investment Funds in China by providing talent insights and high quality recruitment service. As Leadership hiring focused Consultant you will play a role in key decision making and be part of strategic changing moments for your Client
• Candidate facing: You will be building your own talent network within your industry/function of expertise. Contrary to transnational recruitment desks, as a Page Executive consultant you will provide market insights and career consulting advice to your candidates, navigating together with them through market opportunities.
• Internal stakeholders: as a member of Page Executive team you will actively cooperate with other Page brands such as Michael Page, Page Contracting etc. to serve complex client projects. As a more senior member of our team you will also be expected to act as an expert in your field and provide industry expertise to your colleagues.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for high calibre talents with at least 6-8 years solid working experience with great track-record and milestone achievements:
• You would come from a Global Recruitment, Capital Investment, Consulting or relevant Professional Services business
• Understanding of commercial and recruitment cycles is a priority but can also be trained through our internal training tools
• Ability to balance commercial goals, daily priorities, as well as to navigate internal and client relationships
• We would welcome applicants with good insights into specific industries e.g. Healthcare Life Sciences, Financial Services etc. Alternatively, this role will be a perfect place for anyone with Learner as their key strength and natural curiosity to dive into newly emerging industries

The position comes with competitive base pay package and uncapped commission scheme designed for each specific grade. Your earnings will increase based on how well you reach your targets.
