The candidate is responsible for his/her assigned revenue target. Revenue is mainly derived from Ricoh digital services offerings (Hybrid Workplace solutions, Cloud & IT solutions, Workflow & Automation solution and Cybersecurity solutions). The candidate must find joy in sharing idea with their peers and hungry for knowledge.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Work closely with customer to understand their business needs

· Design and propose solution and formulating a winning business proposal

· Able to present solution explanations and demonstrations to both business and technical customer group

· Assist with responding to technical questions in RFIs or RFPs

· Design end to end service and solutions independently, working closely with... the professional service teams

· Prepare statement of work

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

· Diploma / Degree holder

· 3 years relevant experience in pre-sales and consulting roles

· Prior experience in meeting room solutions (Microsoft Teams Room, Zoom Room, Logitech, Jabra, Yealink, etc.) will be an advantage

· Strong IT background in computer knowledge and the use of IT applications is an advantage

· Results oriented and highly motivated

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· Independent, creative, willing to learn with a positive attitude
