The Role

The vision of our Link product family is to connect life sciences with key people to improve research and care.

As our Assoc. Lead Quality Control, you own the data change request process by analyzing end-user requests and organizing internal teams to execute them. Additionally, you lead and develop a remote team of data... curators that check if the data from our production teams meet the compliance requirements and quality standards. You drive process improvements as well as technology improvements.

What You'll Do
• Lead a remote team of 20+ data contractors
• Organize internal operation teams to execute end-user requests
• Own your team´s KPIs (throughput, quality, efficiency, people)
• Execute on date change requests from end-users within 48 hours
• Plan, control, and execute quality control checks
• Collaborate with the software engineering team on process automation
• Escalate all risks and incidents early and unambiguously
• Develop a positive team culture of high engagement, excellent quality, and fun

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to business, engineering, or life sciences
• 1+ years of experience managing and developing operations teams
• Experience being on cross-functional project teams
• Good stakeholder management and communication
• Experience with optimizing business processes
• Can use advanced spreadsheet functions (e.g. import ranges, index matches)

Nice to Have
• Remote team management experience
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma
• Education in or professional experience with life sciences
