As an Employee Experience Specialist, you join a team who is passionate about people to drive Bank's Technology and Operations Group employee experience strategy through various initiatives and events.

You will:

1. Support in ideation and planning of various initiatives and events.

2. Provide logistics support for physical/ hybrid / virtual events.

3. Develop and track outcomes of initiatives and events for reporting.

4. Collate and analyze data from employee related surveys to provide relevant insights to improve employee experience.

5. Design and prepare slides for presentation.

6. Collaborate with multiples stakeholders involved in various initiative and events to deliver the desired outcomes.

Attribute and Experience:

1. 2-3 years related experience in conceptualising, planning and executing employee engagement and/or employee activities or events.

2. Data analytic skills to draw insights.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint.

4... Proficiency in conferencing tools e.g. Microsoft Teams, Webex would be ideal.

5. High-energy team player, with adaptability and flexibility skills to dynamic environments.

6. Able to multi-task, work independently and deliver quality work, while handling rapid changes and tight deadlines.

7. Strong planning and organizational skills.

8. Resourceful, meticulous and organised in thinking and execution of tasks.

9. Strong interpersonal communication skills, including relationship and partnership building to effectively engage stakeholders, employees and external vendors.
