Anyone scanning the Gratitude QR code on the product labels gets to know the traceable story of the product. Moreover, Gratitude Platform aggregates all transparent brands in one place! YOUR MISSIONWe are looking for a Head of Sales who can help ensure our customer growth. You’ll be leading the sales team and working closely with the marketing team to make sure the marketing is funnelling the prospects to the sales team leading to meeting our sales targets.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Create and manage sales strategy implementation... on chosen markets - Lead and develop the sales team - Set and monitor the KPIs of the sales team and the individual sales representatives in the CRM Hubspot tool- Gather the customer feedback and use data to track the performance on the individual markets - Work with our marketing team to ensure that sales opportunities are maximized- Manage a sales budget- Oversee all aspects of the customer experience journey. This includes initialengagement, onboarding and customer retention- Work with the IT team to continually improve the product based on customer feedback- Ensure our technical infrastructure for customer growth is fit for purpose, working closely with our IT team- Procure and maintain tools that serve the company’s digital needs.
