Their focus is within design & production of audio and multimedia tours, digital and virtual exhibitions, apps, film production, AV, consultation, staffing and technical support.

As an 'Android Developer' you will support the ongoing enhancements of current technologies and bring a creative, problem-solving approach to developing new innovative features and new products.

You will be working across technical support, sales, in-house production, and customer services teams to ensure maximum output!

You will be working... with the production team on adding new features & content to existing Android apps as well as maintaining Google Play apps & fleet of on-site Android device deployments. As an Android Developer you will be working closely with the development team to add support for new devices & features to both Mobile App & Web PWA. One of the main parts of the role is to build & support Azure cloud infrastructure including CDN, DevOps & VMs

An ideal candidate will have strong experience with Kotlin and Android SDK, as well as Java and experience with third-party libraries and APIs. It is crucial you have experience with Git and have used jUnit, espresso and kotest/robolectric or similar.

It is beneficial if you understand Android design principles, patterns, and best practices and continuous integration deployment as well as being familiar with RESTful APIs and JSON.

It is always good to have a strong passion for improving code and UI performance via Instruments (Leaks, time profiler, etc) and writing testable and maintainable code, unit tests and following test driven development.
