Assistant Facility Manager 助理分店經理

To provide sales and operations support at individual facility.

Customer Service
• Answer customer enquiries / queries effectively & professionally
• Ensure facility is well maintained
• Meet costs plus sales & payment collection targets
• Prepare licence agreement to customers
• Prepare reports to management

Administration
• Processing of invoices/receipts to customers on a timely basis
• Inspecting the premises on daily basis
• Assisting in projects or assignment as & when required by Deputy Operation Manager

Preferred skills and abilities
• Pro-active, meticulous and able to multi-task
• Good interpersonal, written and communication skills
• Good team-player, independent and customer service oriented
•... Microsoft Office skills

Must be proficient in English & Cantonese (Both written & spoken)

Mainly Sai Wan,may need to work at our other branches by project.

5 days work week ( Mon – Sun on shift)

9.00am – 6.00pm

Full Time, Permanent position

13thMonth bonus & Variable bonus

Salary : $14-16K depending on work experiences

Double pay / Medical insurance / Performance bonus
