We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Responsible for facilities cleaning, event set-up, pest control and landscaping operation
Monitor and control the inventories consumption and the wastage of equipment, guest supplies, cleaning supplies
Review and monitor the performance of service partners provided generique cialis in accordance with the service contract requirements
Maintain the service efficiency, effectiveness and the reporting of daily operations for different events
Develop operation procedures, guideline and instructions for service improvement
Ensure timely preparation and execution of all service orders

Degree holder or above
Minimum 10 years of property management experience in sizable organization or hospitality industry of which at least 3 years at managerial level
Experience in cleaning operations is a must, good knowledge of event set up and landscaping operation will be an advantage
Attentive to details, systematic thinking... strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills, able to work with people at all level with professionalism and respect, with emphasis on client-centered service
Excellent in both spoken and written Chinese and English
