Main Duties and Responsibilities

Ensures safe, efficient and reliable operation of the plant machinery and equipment

Executes effective preventive maintenance plans to satisfy the operational requirements

Works closely with Production department to identify and develop improvement opportunities

Maintains a continuous improvement culture to enhance the maintenance team performance

Lead, organize and coordinate the team of maintenance technicians.

Act as a facilitator, promote teamwork and collaboration

Treats all people with respect and dignity

Adopts a proactive approach and best practices to anticipate, identify and resolve issues

Manages relationships with Engineers,

Consultants and internal/external customers

Assist in preparing capital expenditures for the plant requirements

Ensures compliance with health and safety, and food hygiene policies

Profile

5 years proven experience in maintenance engineering role and operations scheduling

Solid practical understanding of... engineering concepts in mechanical, electrical, electronic & PLC automated systems.

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Effective leadership and communication abilities, and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and sound knowledge of AutoCAD & CMMS

Degree in Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering

Experience in food processing environment would be an advantage
