Job Overview:

We are currently hiring a passionate, user centred UI/UX Designer to join a collaborative and innovative team to create visually pleasing digital aesthetics in tune with the Metaverse and Web3 Projects for our clients and stakeholders.

UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers

Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps

Creating user-centred designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback

Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)

Identifying and troubleshooting UX... problems (e.g. responsiveness)

Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, and management teams

Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders

Understanding the project requirements and conceptualising creative ideas.

Build page navigation buttons and search fields for SEO compatibility of sites

Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how Web3 sites function and look like with high technical user-flow

Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)

Good knowledge in elaborate colours especially tuned to metaverse

Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders

Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours and images

Qualifications:

You have a degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Engineering or related field

You have prior experience as a UI/UX Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects especially related to Web3

You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop) and proficient with Figma or similar

You are proficient in prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision, etc.

Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus

You pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics

Experience in full lifecycle game development

You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions

You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders

Comfortable with learning and using existing tools and libraries to quickly solve problems according to community standards
