This role is part of the people, experience and impact team. The Senior Associate will support or lead activities/priorities across the talent & performance management space. The individual will have exposure to opportunities as they arise and will work with various managers, this may involve talent review, performance and progression or talent development.

Requirements:
• 3 year degree in Human resources / industrial Psychology
• Understanding of Talent management
• Experience in Managing Relationships with Service Providers

Responsibilities:

Performance
• Provide input into a change management and communication plan for the performance year, in collaboration with the communication and change team
• Research and use best practice change principles to encourage change and to make behaviour ‘stick’ over time.
• Work with the HCBP’s across Africa to understand areas of success and those that still require work - and together customise a solution
• Use data analytics to drive... communication / information into business via the HC stakeholders - on goals and snapshot
• Assist with any technical queries on the feedback platforms

Research and innovation
• Assists the PEI team with best practice research and builds strong relationships with other teams, such as L&D

Development
• Project management and coordination of key talent development programmes with internal and external stakeholders

Third Party Stakeholder management
• Act as a consultant to queries to and from provider
• Assessing the relationship from both parties and providing feedback to relevant leadership
• Facilitating and documenting activities end to end to resolution
