Position: Senior Graphic Designer (m/w/d)

About the position

Enote is a music-technology start-up using AI to create an enhanced sheet music library that helps musicians study, practice and perform at their best. Our app is used by tens of thousands of musicians around the world, and new partnerships with major cultural and tech institutions mean that our next few years are looking very exciting. We are searching for an experienced Design Lead who can drive the production of high-quality visual content across a range of platforms and initiatives, further developing a brand that resonates with our global community.

Job Responsibilities
• Work with stakeholders across the business to create high-quality visual assets - including online ads, social media posts, sales collateral, email and web designs, how-to videos, and more
• Manage external production projects with freelancers and partners to maintain a consistent... visual identity
• Participate in creative concept development with the wider marketing team
• Define an engaging visual language that amplifies our existing brand identity

What we expect from you
• 4+ years of experience with design and hands-on content production
• Track-record of concepting and delivering impactful digital assets
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver projects end-to-end
• Experience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Clear and effective communication skills
• A natural drive and a problem-solving outlook
• Proficiency with Adobe Suite
• Fluent English skills
