Responsibilities:IT Solution Sourcing
• Develop solution concepts and business cases for new investments
• Together with other IT members, responsible to identify and evaluation appropriate solution that is robust, sustainable and value add according to Digital roadmap that is compliance to the overall IT architecture.
• Drive and/or Involve in RFI, RFQ, RFP and POV activities of new IT solutions.
• Prepare and document proposal to justify selection of IT solutions.
• Identify, review, or select vendors or consultants to meet project needs.IT Project Implementation
• Identify, review, or select vendors or consultants to meet project needs.
• Develop and update project plans for information technology projects including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedule and staffing.
• Work with various teams and vendors to ensure all aspect of the projects are defined and delivered.
• Provide regular update to project steering... committee, HOD and key stakeholders meeting.
• Manage Issue and risk management.
• Manage Change Request and deviation of project scope, timeline and budget.
• Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables.
• As Change Agent in the Digital roadmap and help to maximize the positive impact on the organization.
• Ability to resolve conflict/problem.Requirements:Education / Professional Qualification
• At least a degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• PMP, PRINCE and/or ITIL certification is an added advantage.Professional Experience
• Experience in IT solution sourcing that involve complete cycles vendor sourcing which includes defining requirement, RFQ/RFP preparation, evaluation of IT solutions, Proof of Value and proposal preparation.
• Hands on experience as system implementer for ERP and/or software development. Other systems implementation is an added advantage.
• Hands on experience in requirement study and testing.
• More than 5 years of relevant experiences as an IT Project Manager in implementing complete project cycle from Planning, Requirement Study, Development, Testing, Deployment, Cutover and Post Life Support.
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in SAP ERP, software development, web technologies, Data platforms, IoTs etc.
• Good stakeholders and internal communication skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.Competencies:General (Behavioral, Supervisory Skill, etc)
